I’m in the early stages of planning a home remodeling project here in Ohio and could use some advice from those who’ve been through the process. So far, I only know about Hurst Design-Build Remodeling. They seem impressive, but I don’t want to limit my search to just one company without hearing other people’s experiences.

Have any of you worked with them before? If so, how was the quality of their work and communication throughout the project? Were they able to stay on budget and meet deadlines?

Also, are there any other remodeling companies in Ohio you would strongly recommend? I’m especially interested in finding a service that handles both design and construction, has a strong reputation, and can take on complex remodels like kitchen overhauls, bathroom updates, and layout changes.

What factors do you think are most important when choosing a remodeling contractor? Any red flags I should watch out for?
