Lately, I’ve been having serious issues with Twitch streams constantly freezing and lagging. I’ve tried lowering the resolution, restarting my router, and even switching browsers, but nothing seems to help. I mostly watch live gaming streams, and the buffering makes it nearly impossible to enjoy them.

Are there any proven tips or settings that can help improve stream performance? I specifically need advice on how to fix buffering on Twitch efficiently without upgrading my internet plan. Any step-by-step suggestions or tricks would be greatly appreciated.
