I’m planning my wedding in California and am looking to hire a professional bartender. I want someone experienced, reliable, and able to handle a variety of cocktails for about 150 guests.

I’m curious about typical pricing, whether to hire through a catering company or independently, and any licensing or insurance requirements I should know about in California. Also, do you have tips for ensuring smooth service throughout the event and avoiding last-minute issues?

Personal recommendations or experiences would be incredibly helpful. Any advice on contracts or expectations when hiring a wedding bartender?
