Is Flighta better than other property websites available?

Came across Flighta recently, while searching for rentals in different cities. The portal looks neat and tidy, but I remain skeptical about safety and genuineness. Has any one of you faced spam, fake listings, or scams on Flighta, or has your experience been positive? I intend to use it for a PG and then maybe an office space, so real opinions and warnings would be appreciated.
