Our sales team is starting a new outbound campaign, and we’re currently looking into dialer tools that could help streamline the cold calling process. Right now agents dial numbers manually from a list, which slows everything down and makes it harder to keep a consistent pace throughout the day.

We’re mainly interested in something that can automate dialing, help manage contact lists, and ideally provide some basic analytics so we can track performance. There seem to be a lot of options out there (power dialers, predictive dialers, etc.), so it’s a bit hard to figure out which type actually works best in practice. If anyone here has experience using dialers specifically for cold outreach, I’d really appreciate hearing what tools or setups worked well for your team.
