Bit frustrated here with my 2021 Cayenne. Started hearing this nasty grinding noise from the front wheels last week, took it to a friend's place to have a quick look and apparently the pads are completely shot and it's already scoring the rotors. I mean come on, it's a family SUV not a track car, I drive it gently with the kids in the back mostly around Jumeirah. Dealer quoted me something absolutely ridiculous for the replacement, like they're using gold-plated parts or something. I started digging around online for independent shops that actually understand these cars and came across a place advertising Porsche brake pad installation service Dubai that seems to specialize in German vehicles specifically. Wondering if that's the way to go or if anyone's had luck with one of the bigger multi-brand garages. Just want someone who'll use the right parts and not mess up the sensors or something stupid like that.
