Had one of those mornings yesterday that makes you want to just stay home honestly. Was driving down to Abu Dhabi for a meeting and about halfway there my Camry suddenly started shuddering really bad whenever I tried to accelerate, like the whole car was shaking and the revs were jumping around but the speed wasn't matching. Pulled over on the side of the road and sat there for a minute trying to figure out what to do, called a few friends and one of them mentioned a place back in Sharjah that does Gearbox Repair Sharjah and said they might be able to at least give advice over the phone. Managed to limp it to the nearest exit and found a random garage that told me the transmission fluid was burnt and low, but they couldn't do anything more than top it up because they don't do gearbox work there. Made it back home eventually driving super careful but now I'm pretty sure I'm looking at a major repair. Anyone else had that sudden shuddering thing happen? Trying to figure out if topping up the fluid bought me some time or if I'm driving on borrowed time and should just park it until I can get it looked at properly. Not the best week honestly.
